How to Change Your Diet & Shrink Fibroids

As women draw closer to menopause, bodily changes increase the likelihood of fibroid development. Get a complete gynecological evaluation to rule out conditions that may have symptoms similar to fibroids; if heavy menstrual bleeding occurs, seek medical advice immediately.

    2

    3

Drink 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 oz. of water once a day to help with fat loss, and to purify the body of toxins.

    4

Eat one serving of nattokinase soy beans every day to help shrink fibroid tissue. Add one vitamin supplement with iron to your daily diet to improve iron levels and resupply your body with vital vitamins and minerals.

    5

Eat tofu three times a week to help lower your levels of estrogen.

    6

    7

    8

Avoid high-fat milk and cheeses. Incorporate low-fat dairy products into your diet to keep estrogen levels down.
