Many low-carbohydrate or "low-carb" diets require that you give up most if not all bread products. Since bread is a staple part of most people's day-to-day food intake and a very popular food, giving it up can be so hard for many low-carb dieters that they ultimately fail in their weight loss attempts. In this article, you will learn how to bake bread that still fits into the low-carb diet restrictions.

How to Bake Low-carb Bread
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Grease the loaf pan by spreading a small amount of butter around the edges and across the bottom to prevent the bread from sticking.
3Combine all of the ingredients except the butter together in a large mixing bowl. The wet and dry ingredients can all be mixed together.
4Mix the ingredients for two minutes. If you are using an electric mixer, set it on high. If you are using a hand mixer, turn the crank at a steady and high velocity.
5Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Use the spatula to make sure you get all of the batter into the pan.
6Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The bread is done when it springs back to the touch.
